Someone is being harassed by a player in the clan chat. What do I do?
We want everyone to have a safe experience when chatting with other Clan members. If you notice a fellow Clan mate being bullied or harassed, please send us a report and we'll take a look. If you need help in figuring out how to report other players, please visit this article.
A player is spamming the clan chat. What can I do?
We understand how annoying this can be, it's not against Rovio rules. The clan can decide how to handle it, for example muting or kicking the spammer and temporarily closing the clan to avoid more troublemakers.
We don’t like the in-game clan chat. Can we move to another messaging platform?
There's no official prohibition, but we strongly advise against it. Once you leave the Angry Birds 2 app, Rovio can't intervene. If any harassment occurs on other platforms, we won't be able to help. Your safety is essential to us, so we urge you to avoid starting conversations on other platforms and be cautious when chatting with strangers online.
I can’t send a specific message to the clan chat. Why?
Our moderation system is set in place to protect all our players. If you are trying to send a message to the clan chat and it’s not being sent, check if it contains any of the following:
- An invitation to join other social media platforms and communicate outside the game
- A real name or identifying information
- A word and number combination that may appear like a home address
- Potentially sexually provocative words (yes, even “baby” counts!)
- Violent expressions
One of our clan members is a minor. What do I do?
The clan chat is for players above 13 years old. If you know someone's younger, it's best to remove them from the clan for their safety and everyone's peace of mind. Tons of fun stuff to enjoy without breaking the rules! Stay safe and have a blast! 😊🦜🎮
