Our utmost priority is to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience for every player in our game. If you happen to encounter any questionable or inappropriate behavior from another player, please don't hesitate to inform us right away! Your feedback plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and fun game environment for all.

Here's how you do it:

1. Open the profile of the player you want to report. This can be done at any time by tapping on that player's avatar picture

2. If there's a specific chat message that bothers you, just tap the player's avatar picture next to that chat message. Then, hit the "Report" button. 

3.  You'll get a blank form where you can describe any abusive or offensive behaviors you've spotted. It could be a Clan name, Clan description, Clan message, player name, or player chat. 

4.  When you're making a report, the more details you share, the better. We want see the whole picture! 

5.  Just remember, use the report feature wisely. If you abuse it, there might be consequences, like a temporary ban from the game.  

6.  As an additional option, you can mute a player who is being offensive or abusive by tapping the "Mute" button in their player profile. This will hide all messages from that player.
