How can I keep my account safe?

Never share your account with anyone.
- Your game account is your personal treasure, so never share it with anyone. Don't let another player access your device or any external accounts linked to your game account.
Never share any details about yourself with other players.
- Sharing personal information can put you and your account in jeopardy. Other players might try to pose as you and contact Support, using the information you shared with them to claim ownership of your account.
Never try to access other player's accounts.
- This is not only against our terms of service, but also puts yourself at risk. If someone offers you their account, they'll likely ask for something in return. As a rule of thumb: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
Only reach out to the official Player Support for account-related matters.
- Other players, your clan or even your friends do not have access to Rovio's knowledge or tools, thus they'll most likely be unable to help with issues related to your personal account. Stick to Support and keep the points above in mind when discussing your problems outside of it.
