There are Angry Birds 2 charges on my card, but I don’t know where they’re coming from or who’s making them!
Our games never make unauthorized purchases. If you believe a third party is buying something with your card and neither you nor your child has been playing Angry Birds 2, please contact Google or Apple support, as well as your card issuer or bank, immediately. This might mean your account or card has been compromised.
If you have reason to believe that someone has made a purchase without your knowledge, please check your purchase history.
If you're certain the unauthorized purchase was made in one of our games, please contact our Player Support directly from the game settings. Make sure to provide all the necessary details, including:
- The exact number of purchased items.
- A copy of your receipt or a screenshot of your purchase history in the application store. Receipts are emailed to the account you used when making the purchase.
Our support team will investigate the situation and help you get to the bottom of it.
