If you believe you were banned unfairly, please reach out to Player Support, and we will review your case as soon as possible. Be sure to  provide your Player ID  or any other relevant information, like your clan name or purchase receipts, to help us locate your game account. Also, please include a detailed description of the situation. 

My friend or clanmate was banned. Why?

Unfortunately, we cannot disclose information about another player's account. If your friend believes they were banned unjustly, simply advise them to directly contact Player Support for assistance.
