If you're unable to access the game, you can also submit a ticket through the webform. However, we recommend that you use the chat here for an optimal experience, as making a request through the webform can lead into a more complicated process that requires more time and effort from both you and our support. For players on the Microsoft store version of the game, submitting a ticket through the webform is currently the only way to contact support.
