Please note that we recommend NOT to play on multiple devices simultaneously, as it might create some issues with progress synchronisation.
But if you’re set on enhancing your playing experience, all you need to do is connect to the same Facebook, Google Play or Apple account in the game on all of them and the game will download your progress automatically. Now you can have double (or triple!) fun!
If your game has no connections to any other accounts, you can always send a message to our Player Support and ask for help. Make sure to include your Player ID so we can find and restore or transfer your progress as fast as possible!
Can I play on devices on different platforms (Android, iOS, PC)?

If you want to play on your PC, you can synchronise your progress between mobile devices and Google Play Games , using the same Facebook, or Google Play connections. If you are playing on Amazon, you can only synchronise your progress between mobile devices using the same Facebook connection. This means you can have the same game on your Android tablet, Apple device and PC if you use the same Facebook account in all of them. Pretty impressive, huh?
Android devices and Google Play Games on PC can be connected using the Google Play account, and two iOS devices can be linked using just an Apple ID.
The only exception to this rule is the Window PC version, where you can only synchronise your progress with another PC.
Also the release dates for the new updates can be different on various platforms, so you might need to wait for a few days to have the new update installed on all your devices. You can learn more about different versions of the game here.
