Saving game progress via Facebook

While in the game, tap the menu button in the left corner of the screen, select ‘Options’, and then ‘Accounts’. Tap ‘Log in’ to the Facebook icon and sign in when prompted. 

As soon as your game is connected, you can synchronize your game progress across different platforms and devices by simply logging in to the same Facebook account in the game.

Saving game progress without Facebook on iOS devices - Game Center and Apple ID

To save progress on iOS devices, please connect to Game Center when prompted.

You can also manually connect to Apple ID in the game by selecting the menu button located in the upper left side of the game screen, next to ‘Options’ and then ‘Account.’ Select the Apple ID option by tapping the ‘Login’ button, and proceed with on-screen instructions to connect.

Please remember that Game Center and Apple ID are available only on Apple devices.

Saving game progress without Facebook on Android devices - Google Play Games

You can save progress on Android devices to Google Play Games when prompted. You can also manually connect by taping the menu button located on the upper left side of the game screen and selecting ‘Options’ and ‘Accounts.’ When you enter the accounts section, you should see an option to ‘Log in’ to Google Play games.

Please remember that Google Play Games is available only on Android devices.

Can I sync my progress between devices and different platforms?

You can synchronize across devices and different platforms if your game is connected to Facebook in the game.

Synchronizing across different platforms without a Facebook connection is not possible. However, you can sync between devices of the same platform by signing in to the same Game Center and Apple ID (iOS devices only) or Google Play Games (Android only) when launching the game. A notification to sync your account from your first device will be displayed.

I have two devices with two different games on them. How can I get the same game on both devices?

Make sure that the game you want to continue with is synchronized with Facebook OR to Game Center/Apple ID (iOS devices only) or Google Play Games (Android devices only). Once you have verified this, sign in to the same Facebook/Game Center/Apple ID/Google Play Games account on the device to load the saved game.

IMPORTANT: If you are not using a Facebook connection, please make sure the devices are from the same platform.

The game asks if I want to sync my game from another device. What will happen if I click yes/no?

Tapping “Yes” will synchronize your game from the first device to the one you have in your hands. Selecting option “No” will not synchronize and will give you a fresh start instead.

I've lost all my progress! What do I do?

If you have previously connected the game with one of the means above, your progress should load when you open the game.  However, if you try this and your game progress still appears to be missing, please contact our Player Support Team for further assistance.
