There are many different ways we deal with reports in the game; however, in severe cases such as cheating and harassment, we manually review each report.

Unfortunately, there is always room for human error. Therefore, if you believe the suspension was unwarranted, please contact our Player Support Team, who will investigate it. 

We will not discuss details for game safety reasons. However, as your humble servants and firm believers that we are all in the same boat, we take reports seriously and are willing to double-check in exceptional circumstances.
