Players whose actions violate our Terms of Service may be banned.

If you believe you were unfairly banned, please contact our Player Support, and we will review your case as soon as possible. Please make sure to provide your player ID or any other relevant information, such as player name, player level, and clan name, to help us locate your game account. Please also include a detailed description of the situation.

My friend or clan mate was banned. Why?

We do not disclose information about another player's account. If your friend believes they were banned unjustly, simply advise them to contact our Player Support Team for assistance directly.
