Regular tournaments start and end on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 7AM UTC, which is also when the rewards are sent. Sometimes we can also have longer or shorter Tournaments, but you can always view the Tournament length from the Tournament title above the level selection.

If you do not see your Tournament rewards after the Tournament change, please fully close and reopen the app. If that does not help, please submit a request to our Player Support.
