We're preparing details on compensation and will share an update a bit later, so stay tuned.

We're writing to let you know about a problem again affecting purchases on Facebook. Since 24th of June 2025, we've identified an issue originating from Facebook's platform that's causing purchases to fail.

While our game team is actively investigating and monitoring the situation, this problem is unfortunately beyond our control to fix as it lies with Facebook.

To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend that you do not attempt to make purchases on the Facebook platform for now.

We understand this is frustrating, and we want to assure you that any purchases you've made that didn't go through will be fully compensated. We'll provide more specific details on how and when this will happen, with other additional information 25th of June 2025.
