You can change the language of the game by tapping on the settings icon in the bottom left corner of the main screen, then tapping on the language button. Here you can select from a list of available languages.

Note that the default language of the game is the same as the one for your mobile device. If the language of your mobile device is not available in the game, the game will default to English.
