To transfer your progress, make sure that your game is synchronized with Facebook (Android and iOS devices) or Apple ID (iOS devices only) on your old device. Before transferring the game to the new device, please ensure you are logged in to Facebook or Apple ID so the most recent progress is registered to your account.
When you’re sure the game is properly synchronized, close the app on your old device. Please download the game from the app store on your device. However, please refrain from using manual backup and log in to the same Facebook or Apple ID account to recover your progress on the new device.
