I did not get my purchase!

When you make a purchase in the game, it usually gets delivered right away. However, sometimes, it may take longer. There could be a delay in the payment processing on the platform due to some extra traffic.

In situations where a purchase is delayed, we recommend that you don't try to make another purchase of the product you want. Otherwise, you may receive an unwanted charge.

If you haven't received what you bought after 24 hours, please get in touch with Apple Support. Apple processes all payments made in the game.

Apple confirmed I made a purchase, but I still do not see it; what do I do?

If your purchase was confirmed by Apple as processed, but you still do not see the purchase, don't hesitate to contact our support team. Please provide them with as many details of the purchase as you can.

 

Why was I overcharged? 

On iOS devices, several purchases can get merged into one transaction on the receipt you get from the store. The receipt can also take several days to be sent, so it might look like all purchase(s) were made on the same day. 

If you still think you got charged extra, please get in touch with your app store's customer support. They'll give you more details on your purchases and the tax policy for online shopping in your region.
