Shark Quest is a daily challenge you can complete to win a Shark Attack booster. Objectives may vary on a challenge; for example, the objective can be to collect a specified amount of a fruit or defeating a specified number of lizards. 

You can find the daily quest at the top of the map screen, where you can also see the quest progress counter in the levels at the top right. You need to win the level to keep what you collect.
