When your game account is connected to Facebook, you can transfer your game progress regardless of platform. Just sign in to the same account on your new device, and your game progress should be transferred!

If you are using an Apple ID connection and would like to transfer your game to a new iOS device, sign in to the same Apple account on your device and then connect to Apple ID in the game.
