Please note that digital content purchased and delivered correctly is usually non-refundable. Please follow the instructions below if you'd still like to submit a refund request.   

  • Android devices
    • To request a refund for your purchase made with Google Play, please contact our support team. Ensure to include the reason for the refund and your receipt for the purchase. 

To find your receipt in the Google Play Store:

  • Go to pay.google.com and sign in with your Google account.
  • Here, you'll find a list of your in-app purchases. If the list is not displayed, choose "Actions".
  • Select the purchase you are referring to.
  • Select an order to see your receipt.
  • Find your purchase ID. It'll start with "GPA" and end in a string of numbers (for example: GPA.1234-1234-1243-12435). Send it to us with your refund request.

Purchase history and where to find it

When requesting a refund or other account-related services, we will likely ask you for your purchase history to locate the correct purchase.

Your purchase history is stored in the app store you're using to make the purchases. Here are the links to the instructions on how to find your purchase history on every platform:
