If you're looking to begin your game from the very start, please be aware that the only way to achieve this is by completely erasing your existing game data.

There are no alternative methods, and our Player Support team is unable to perform this action on your behalf; this process must be completed by you.

To initiate the data erasure, navigate to the Settings menu within the game and select the "Erase data" option. This action will direct you to a separate secure website🌐 via your web browser, where you can proceed with the data deletion process.

It is critically important to understand that once you confirm the data erasure, the process is irreversible. Your game data, including all progress, items, and content, will be permanently and irretrievably lost. This includes all purchases made with real-world currency. Be advised that these purchases will not be refunded, nor can they be transferred to any other account.

Upon requesting data deletion, a 2-week waiting period will commence. This is a mandatory technical step that cannot be skipped, and during this time, you will be unable to access the game. Should you have a change of heart during this 2-week period, you must immediately contact our Player Support team to inquire about canceling the deletion.

After this waiting period, it will take some additional time for your account data to be fully and permanently deleted from our systems. Once this process is complete, you will then be able to create a new account and begin your game anew.
