When you make a purchase in the game, it usually arrives right away. However, sometimes, it may take longer. There could be a delay in the payment processing on the platform due to extra traffic.

If a purchase is delayed, we recommend that you don't try to make another purchase. Otherwise, you may receive an unwanted charge.

If you haven't received what you bought after 24 hours, please contact Apple Support. Apple processes all payments made in the game.

Apple confirmed I made a purchase, but I still do not see it. 

If Apple confirmed your purchase as processed, but you still don't see the purchase, don't hesitate to contact our support team. Please provide as many details of the purchase as you can.

Why was I overcharged? 

On iOS devices, several purchases can merge into one transaction on the receipt you get from the store. The receipt can also take several days to be sent, so it might look like all purchase(s) were made on the same day. 

If you still think you were charged extra, please contact your App Store's customer support. They'll provide more details on your purchases and the tax policy for online shopping in your region.
