To restore any lost progress or items, please provide our customer support with the following information :

  • What event did you lose progress for
    • Example: I lost my score of 10,000 for the Castle Pursuit Event
  • A screenshot or video if you have one.
  • What the issue was.
    • Did the game crash? Was there an issue on a level you were playing?

We will need this information to verify and fix the issue. It also ensures that no one takes unfair advantage of our compensation guidelines.

In some events, progress cannot be restored. In such cases, we will compensate you separately for any inconvenience.
