In Dream Blast, lives are a core resource that you lose when you fail a level and must have to play. When you run out of lives, you can't play any levels until you get more. You can earn them by waiting for them to regenerate.

If you purchase VIP pass, it will increase your maximum life balance limits from 5 to 10.
