If your purchased coins didn’t appear in your balance, please try the following steps:

  1. Fully restart your game, close it even from multi task manager, and check your coin total again.
  2. Verify your purchase receipt from Google Play or the App Store if it was issued. Make sure you’re logged into the same account used for the purchase.
  3. If coins still haven’t arrived please note that some purchases can take up to 24 hours to arrive. 

If the purchase did not arrive after waiting 24 hours, contact Player Support team with the following information:

  • A screenshot of your receipt that includes date and time of purchase
  • Screenshot of package you purchased would be helpful to expedite the investigation

The team will review your purchase and help restore your missing coins.
