If your progress is still missing after signing into backup accounts, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Verify Account: Go to the in-game settings/profile and confirm you are logged into the correct Red's Club, Facebook, or Apple ID/Google Play account that was linked to your missing progress.
- Force Sync: Try logging out of and then back into your linked account within the game's settings.
- If Progress is Still Missing: Please contact Player Support immediately with your Player ID (found at the bottom of the loading screen or in the settings) and any additional information that could help us locate your account like any purchase receipt.
