Once you buy something in one of our games, you should get the items added to the game instantly. Some delays can happen when Apple, Google or Windows 10 are processing the purchase and because of that it may take up to 24 hours for the purchase to appear. In this case, restarting the game completely and reopening might help. If after 24 hours you still haven’t received the items, you can contact either Apple, Microsoft  or Google Play for more information.   

You can also contact our Player Support Team with a copy of the receipt from the transaction, and we will investigate what happened and credit the missing purchase in cases where it wasn’t added to the game.
