Hatchlings can be found in the game by simply playing the levels. You can see which levels a Hatchling can be found on the top of the main screen and in the Collection menu.

The collection menu can be opened by tapping the Shirt button in the bottom left corner of the main screen. There, you can view all the unlocked hatchlings and their outfits.
