Purchases made in the game usually appear immediately, but sometimes there may be a slight delay. In a case where the gems you have purchased did not appear in the game right away, please close the game and then relaunch it. This action forces additional data synchronization between game and the servers and should help them come through.
If you still cannot see the purchase being delivered, please send us a message via the ‘Support’ button in the game, and we will do our best to assist you further. Please include a screenshot of the purchase receipt in the message.

You can find the receipt by following the steps below:

It can be recognized as starting with the prefix 'GPA' followed by a series of numbers - it should look like this: GPA.1234-1234-1243-12435.
1. Go to payments.google.com
2. Find Other purchase activity
3. Select View purchases
4. Select an order to see your receipt and please click/tap on it
5. Please make sure that the receipt contains the GPA. Number

1. Please access Settings on the device
2. Please select your username and then iTunes & App Store (please note that due to security reasons, you may be asked to log in)
3. Please swipe for the purchase you believe has not been delivered, and please tap it.
Please do not send nor share any information regarding your bank, credit card, or money transfer options such as your PayPal account.
