"Help" means helping a fellow teammate accumulate free lives. You can help every player once for every life request. The asking bar will disappear from the chat once a player gets the five lives they requested. For each life given to another player, you receive 1 gold coin.

You can see how many lives a player on your team helped other teammates by entering the “My Team’ section.
