You can unlock Magic Forest by purchasing all 144 plots in Green Park. Once you have unlocked it, you can freely travel between Green Park and the Magic Forest by tapping the respective world buttons.

TIP:  Some flowers, like Hollyhock, can be planted only in the Magic Forest.
