You can manage the team you have created by tapping the Team avatar located in the upper left side of the Team menu. There, you can change your minimum join requirements (Level) and allow new people to join or disable that entirely by changing the team status from Open to Closed. Don’t worry—you can always change the status back to Open anytime!
