If you are experiencing issues with the Play button, please follow the steps recommended in our article called ⭐️ Troubleshooting

If you have followed the troubleshooting steps and you still can't press the Play button, please contact our Player Support team through the chat and provide them with:

  • Your player name
  • Your player ID (it can be found in the bottom left corner of the Settings menu)

⚠️ DO NOT reinstall the game on your phone. The current version does not include Facebook, Google Play, or Sign with Apple, so we won't be able to restore your progress after reinstalling.
