When transferring your game progress to a new device, make sure that your game is synchronized with Facebook (Android, iOS, Amazon, Microsoft Store and Facebook platforms) or Apple ID (iOS devices only) on your old device. Before transferring the game to the new device, please ensure you are logged in to Facebook or Apple ID so the most recent progress is registered to your account.

As soon as you’re certain the game is properly synchronized, close it on your old device. Please download the game from the app store on your device and then log in to the same Facebook or Apple ID account to recover your progress on the new device.
