Totems are used to power up your birds in the game, and there are many different kinds of totems in the game:

- Anger Totem -- fused with birds, and give them experience helping with increasing their level
- Super Shot Totem – used to level up birds’ Super Shot, making their skills more powerful
- Prestige Totem – used to further increase the power of four or five star birds that have reached level 100
- Rage Totem – bigger, badder and angrier cousin of Anger Totem. They are fused with your birds like all other totems, but you will find that they provide a much greater XP boost to your birds in comparison to Anger Totem. They come in particularly handy when bird is above level 40 when you progress to even more powerful bird evolutions.
- Awaken Totem – can be used only on five star birds that are eligible for awakening. Please refer [How can I awaken a bird and what is awakening?] article for more details regarding awakening.

To use a totem, place the bird you want to power up in the level up slot and drag the totem to the slot on the right. 

IMPORTANT: You can find Awaken Totems in your game by accessing any 5 star bird that is eligible for awakening, and then tapping the ‘Awaken’ button. For more details, please feel free to check here.
