Can't get into your game account? No worries, we got your back! Just follow these steps:
Try reconnecting: If you previously linked your account through Facebook (Android, iOS) or Apple ID (iOS only), you can attempt to re-establish the connection to restore your lost progress. Tap the avatar located in the upper left side of the game screen, then tap ‘Connect.’ Then select the correct service and follow the instructions on the screen.
The game does not support backing up game progress via Gamecenter, Google Play, and e-mail.Access the game on your previous device. As mentioned earlier, game progress can be transferred to a new device by connecting your game account to an external service. Launch the game on your old device and connect it to a third-party service as instructed above. Log in to the same service on your new device in the game when starting the game.
Contact Player Support: If none of the above helped recover the game progress, contact Player Support for assistance. When you do, provide us with the following information:
Your player name, player level, and clan name.
Player ID if you remember it.
An approximate time when you created your account.
The date of your last log in.
The devices you used to play the game.
If you made any purchases on the lost account, share a screenshot of the oldest purchase receipt.
Any other details that can help us find your account and confirm you're the rightful owner.
