We strongly recommend connecting your profile to your Facebook account (Android and iOS) or Apple ID (iOS only) to ensure that your game progress seamlessly carries across devices.
If you are playing on a local player profile that is not connected to the cloud service, you can take a screenshot of your player ID. You can locate your player ID in the game by tapping the avatar icon on the game screen's upper left side. Make sure to have the screenshot available in case where you require additional assistance to restore your progress.
Please note that connecting to Google Play Games does NOT save your progress; it is only used for achievements.
