I did not receive my purchase!

When you make a purchase in the game, it usually gets delivered right after. Sometimes, the delivery may require a little more time before being processed. Note that you can close the game and launch it again to force additional data synchronization between the game and the servers and check if the purchase was delivered. If you are unable to see it despite this step, this means it is currently being processed, and this may take up to 24 hours.

Once the time is up and nothing changed, please try using the Restore Purchases option in the game. This can be done by tapping the avatar on the game screen's upper left side.

If none of that helped, we can check what happened with the purchase and assist you. We will require a screenshot of your receipt showing the date of the transaction and its ID.

 

I am unable to make a purchase!

In a case where you’ve previously made purchases in our game or other games before, please check the following:

  • Your network connection. The connection should be strong and stable for you to make purchases in the game, so if you have any difficulties with the current connection, please try another one.

  • Temporary app store issues. Purchases are managed by the appropriate app store from where the game has been downloaded. Note they can be sometimes down for maintenance or experience other technical issues that may affect the possibility of making a purchase. Please try waiting for a few moments and then restarting the device, then repeat the purchase.

If you haven't made any in-app purchases before, check the following:

  • You've entered the correct payment information. Make sure you didn't make any mistakes while filling in your payment details. Keep in mind that in-game transactions are processed by the app store from where the game was downloaded. 

  • Your payment method is up to date and supported in our game. See if your desired means of payment did not expire and are still valid. You can find the list of all supported payment methods in the corresponding sections of Apple, Google, and Amazon Customer Support websites.

If none of the steps above were helpful, please feel free to contact our Player support with a detailed description of your issue. We'll do our best to figure it out.

Why was I overcharged? 

The final price is shown before confirming the payment and on the app store receipt. Please keep in mind that in some regions, the price also includes taxes. 

It is important to note that on iOS devices, several purchases can get bundled together into a single transaction based on the receipt you get from the store. Delivery of the receipt may also take several days, which is why you may think that all of the purchases were on the same day.
