For Android devices
To request a refund for a purchase made with Google Play, please contact our Player Support. Please include the refund reason and Google Play receipt for this transaction.
If you purchased something with Google Play, please contact our support team. Make sure to include the refund reason and your receipt.
Receipts for purchases made in the Google Play Store can be found by following the steps below:
1. Go to payments.google.com
2. Find Other purchase activity
3. Select View purchases
4. Select an order to see your receipt and please click/tap on it
5. Please make sure the receipt contains the GPA. Number. For example: GPA.1234-1234-1243-12435) Send it to us together with your refund request.
iOS devices
Due to technical reasons, Apple handles all refund request for purchases made on iOS devices. If you wish to request a refund, please follow the instructions displayed in this article.
