How can I keep my account safe?

• Never share your account with anyone.

  •  Your game account is like personal treasure, so never share it with anyone. Don't let another player access your device or any external accounts linked to your game account. 
    
    

• Never share any details about yourself with other players.

  • Please do not share any personal information, as this may put you and your game account in jeopardy. Players may try to pose as you. Reach out to support using the information you have provided to claim ownership of your game account.
    
    

• Never try to access other player's accounts.

  • This action is against our Terms of Service but also puts you at risk. If someone is offering you their account, they will most likely request something in exchange from you. As a rule of thumb: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. 
    
    

•  Only reach out to the official Player Support for account-related matters.

  • Other players, your fellow clan members, or even your friends do not have access to our knowledge and tools, and they will most likely not be able to help with issues related to your personal account. Please make sure to stick to Support assistance and keep the points mentioned above in mind when discussing your problems outside of it.

What is player ID and where to find it?

What is my Player ID for?
Player ID is a string of letters and numbers that always begins with letters RC and it is unique only to your game. In case where you lose game progress or need assistance with anything else in the game, it helps us with finding your game account and providing assistance.

Where can I find it?

• When you open the game, you can see it on the bottom of the loading screen.

• You can also find your player ID in the game by tapping the avatar located in the upper left side of the screen. This will open the game settings menu, which is located at the bottom of that menu and begins with the letters RC.
  
  

How can I save player ID? 

You can take a screenshot of your player ID or write it down manually in case where you suddenly lose access to your device or lose your game progress. Please note the screenshot can be saved in a place you find convenient such as a device gallery.

Please do not share your player ID with anyone else, as it puts your account at risk. Keep it close, and your account will always be safe with you!
