You can locate the runes inventory by tapping a ‘Bird Team’ in the main menu and then selecting any bird with star rating from 4 to 6. Runes menu will be available on the bottom right side of the game screen.

Please tap on edit, and then on the orange 'Manage' button, which is located in the bottom middle part of the screen.
